Refund and Cancellation Policy – Audlead Foods (Repast)

At Repast, we strive to ensure every order is perfect. However, refunds are available under specific conditions:

Eligible Refund Scenarios:

Wrong item delivered

Food damaged/spoiled on delivery

Delivery not completed


Non-Eligible Scenarios:

Change of mind after 10 minutes

Delays due to traffic or unforeseen conditions


Refund Request Process:

Raise a request within 2 hours of delivery

Email us at hello@repast.in with order details and evidence (photos if applicable)

If approved, refunds will be processed within 5–7 working days to your original payment method
